Thank you for your email which my Assistant forwarded on to me for answering. FLANC is definitely a Continental Organization of WFNS but it doesn’t pay membership fees to WFNS and therefore, it doesn’t have the right to four delegates but only two, that is a Senior and Second Delegate and two Alternate Delegates. The AANS, EANS and PAANS have the right to 4 delegates since they all pay membership fees to WFNS for their individual members and also for their member societies which fall under them.
